Getting started
- Create your account and activate your email
- Complete onboarding with store name, branding, and plan selection
- Add products and connect Paystack or Flutterwave
- Configure delivery zones or store pickup before going live
Payments & getting paid
- Connect Paystack or Flutterwave under Store Settings → Payments
- Enable pay on delivery where it fits how you sell
- Review transactions and settlements from the Payments area
Domains & storefront
- Your store starts on a free Vendcite subdomain
- Connect a custom domain on eligible plans from Dashboard → Domains
- Customize header, hero, product sections, and policies in Website settings
Orders, delivery & WhatsApp
- Manage online orders and create manual orders for walk-in or phone sales
- Set shipping zones, rates, and free-shipping rules
- Book courier deliveries from Delivery Center when available
- Turn on WhatsApp Ordering so customers can chat from product pages
Growth tools
- Create discount codes and free-shipping coupons
- Track revenue, orders, and top products in Analytics
- Invite team members and assign roles for each module
- Use Holiday Mode when you need to pause or limit ordering
