Vendcite Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Overview
Shopping on Vendcite should always be worry-free. Since our platform connects buyers with multiple sellers, we’ve put a clear process in place to guide returns and refunds whenever something isn’t right.
2. Return Window
Most products can be returned within 7 days after delivery.
After this period, we may not be able to accept returns, except where consumer protection laws apply or a valid manufacturer’s warranty exists.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Contact us at admin@vendcite.com within the return period.
- Provide your order number and clear pictures/videos showing the reason for return.
- Our team will review and, if approved, guide you on how to send the item back.
4. When You Can Return an Item
- The product delivered is different from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or model).
- The item was delivered faulty, damaged, or incomplete.
- The product is counterfeit, expired, or of questionable authenticity.
- Clothing or shoes don’t fit as expected.
5. Products Not Eligible for Return
For safety, hygiene, or quality control reasons, some items cannot be returned unless delivered defective, fake, or incorrect:
- Personal care products, cosmetics, and fragrances.
- Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate wear.
- Food, groceries, drinks, and other perishables.
- Customized or made-to-order goods.
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery.
- Products missing serial numbers, labels, or tampered packaging.
6. Condition of Returns
- Items must be in original packaging with labels, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Returned goods should not show signs of use, wear, or alteration.
- Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, Vendcite or the seller will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or buyer’s error, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
8. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit (if chosen).
- Delivery fees will also be refunded if the return is due to a faulty, incomplete, or wrong item.
9. Declined Returns
- All returned items are inspected before approval.
- If conditions are not met, the return may be rejected and the item sent back to you.
- Unclaimed items after 60 days may be treated as forfeited.
10. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, color, or product variation, please return the item and place a new order.
